Formsite Work order Form

Work Order. 1) Like a sale we collect name, address, phone etc. (on the form already). Start with a blank form by selecting New Customer, fill in customer info and choose the tasks and price. Sum the prices for total. Print the form, send confirmation email to the customer. Save data in database. 2) Edit the form, input the name, or phone, or the email address and bring back all customer data input at step 1) and repopulate the form and allow changes on the tasks and/or prices. Save it. Print the form, send confirmation email to the customer. Save edited data in database. 3) Create a new customer, the form should be completely blank when New Customer is selected. Go to step 1). Next, prep the Customer Data (only) for export to Excel, comma delimited (CSV) and export on demand. I don't need the tasks exported. They will continue to reside in the database Formsite uses. Lastly, IMPORT CSV files to be added to database. They should be recallable by name, phone or email.
