Need data entry firm to find contact information for new leads 24 hours / 5 days a week

Need a firm that can help me collect contact information using Rapportive, and then add it into our CRM using Cirrus Insight. Important that you have a team that can do this 24 hours a day.
Here's how the process will work:
1) New lead comes in via email with contact's Name and Email address
2) You receive email and use Rapportive to find full name, email, company name, company size.
3) Use Cirrus Insight to add information directly into CRM (I will provide login details).
I need this process to be done with 15 minutes of receiving EVERY new lead.
Ongoing work available. I will pay $0.50 for every new lead's contact information you find/add into our CRM. I get around 600-800 new leads every month.
