I have the monthly data from an accountable system. The data is: - date - account - group level 1 - group level 2 - group level 3 - value These data have to be display in the traditional reports: Balance Profit & loss Cash flow Also I have the last year data and the budget data. I need to see in a web site the following reports: - Balance, P&L, Cash Flow: columns from january to december, the rows are the accounts - Comparison between real, budget, last year. The project is for those who already has something done. I can modify the data to fit the requirements. If they have some KPI to add, will be very good. I saw many examples of reports and many of them fullfill the requirement. The system has the following functions: 1. To upload the real data, this data comes from the account ERP 2. To show the data in monthly basis of balance, P&L, Cash Flow 3. To show comparison between real, budget, last year 4. To display in graphics (see attached) 5. To see the same whole company, an area, a cost centre. In the excel example you'll find the data of last year, budget and real. It contains many sheets: Base Real: Account of year Base Ppto: Budget Base Proy: Real at to day, budget till the end of the year Clases: First level group of accounts Grupos: Second level group of accounts Resultado: An example of a table in which you review the P&L, comparing real with budget Balance: An example of a table in which you review the Balance Sheet, comparing real with budget Flujo de Caja: An example of a table in which you review the Cash Flow, comparing real with Res-Comp: An example of a report to compare the P&L real with budget to a selected month Bal-Comp: An example of a report to compare the balance real with budget to a selected month Flu-Comp: An example of a report to compare the Cash Flow real with budget to a selected month. Tabla: A table of the data built like a matrix with columns for each month.
