word file cant' see lines on other PCs

This is a weird one that's about to drive me crazy. I've created this word document that shows the underlines on my PC as attached in the picture, but when I look at this word file on another PC, the person cannot see the lines as I do.
This document was created in Word 2016, and all the other PCs I am working w/ have Word 2016 as well.
I want to see the lines where to input data in the attached screen shot on other PCs besides mine.
I'm not sure if this is document editing, or just some view setting I do not know.
