I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with data parsing and cleaning for xml files. I have a collation of datafiles structured in xml format. I want to parse these data into tidy dataframes.
Requirements:
- Expertise in parsing and cleaning xml files
- Proficiency in working with large volumes of data (first project is around 1GB, more projects if results are according to expectations)
- Ability to follow a specific format provided by me
Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of data parsing and cleaning techniques (ideally in R, but open to Python or other languages too)
- Experience in working with xml files and manipulating their structure
- Familiarity with different software and tools for data parsing and cleaning
