I need a freelancer to assist me carry out data analysis project.
Freelancer must be experienced in Weka software and had done already projects on Weka software.
Project descriptions:
- I have 1000 physical location [ID] and each point has about 10 attributes.
- The ID is the physical location.
- I will provide the Cartesian coordinates (x, y, and physical address).
- I need to use Weka in order to mining these data.
- one of the required technique is k-mean.
- I need to find the hidden patterns in the data.
- The topic is crimes and criminals.
- I will send the data in excel sheet.
- Your responsibility is to prepare the data, propose everything relate the analysis.
- After the conformation of proposed techniques, algorithms, and procedures, you are going to do the analysis.
- I need a copy of the prepared data for analysis. the same date you are going to use directly in analysis.
- I need the steps you wold follow to run the weka software over the data.
- I need a copy of the output as it export directly from the weka software.
- I need a copy of results after sending it to MS office, word, excel, PowerPoint, ... etc.
- I need a detail explanation of the results in word file.
- The report is in English language.
- Your English must be proper and free of error.
- Well formatted, fonts; type, size, spaces between lines, margins, ... etc.
- Documentation is required where it must be.
- The report must include tables, figures, ... etc.
- This academic work.
- I will create 100% milestone.
