Export Data from Zillow for Excel
1. Use an Excel file containing property addresses to look-up the property record on [url removed, login to view], export the data, and paste it into the address source spreadsheet in the appropriate columns.
2. Assume the method is a VB Macro embedded in the spreadsheet.
3. If creating a separate CSV file containing the data is easier, more accurate, or costs less, let’s discuss.
4. Please note that I may not have identified all of the potential Fields (data columns) available in Zillow listings since many of the field only appear under specific conditions.

I read over your proposal, and this sounds like a good fit for my background. This is relatively standard work here. VB and CSV are both good options, though the latter might make more sense here. The two day delivery builds in at least two iterations of work so that you can review and make sure it gives you the right output.

I am an expert in Web Scraping with more than two years of experience. I have scraped Zillow before and I can provide my existing Node.js scraper (with some modifications) that can work right away. Creating a new CSV file is always the better option to go with. The scraping will work better on a Node.js ecosystem compared to VB because Zillow is an SPA and has a lot of dynamic page content that can only scraped properly using a headless browser based framework (in this case, my script uses Puppeteer which is built on top of Chromium).
