Extract and Process Data from PDF (made up of scanned pages)

A pdf made from 142 scanned pages need to be extracted to Excel, Then process the file with 100% accuracy. This job must be completed within 7 days. All the data must be presented neatly in their specific columns i.e. Part numbers, Description, Product Title, Color and so on. It’s not necessary that all products must have the same characteristics and all must go under same headings and columns. So a sharp person needed who can present the data in a very good manner that can be used very easily for our product upload project. A small portion is attached so that you can have some idea about the work. Access to full file will be given to some short listed guys. That file is 150mb. So can’t attach it here.
