**DO NOT APPLY FOR THE PROJECT UNLESS YOU ARE A UNITED STATES CITIZEN**

We are a small real estate investment firm and we purchase distressed properties all over the country.

We are looking for an experienced individual who has extensive background in short sale coordination, and transaction coordination. Must have minimum three years experience as a transaction coordinator, Junior escrow officer, or short sale coordinator.

This is a telecommuting job and you would be working from home. You must have a high-speed interconnect connection, with computer, and a fax machine/scanner/printer.

You should be able to handle a workload case of a minimum of 40 files at the same time. Your responsibilities would include:

Faxing offers to the bank

Following up on offer status

Tracking and coordinating the transaction using an online interface.

Scheduling BPO's

Checking foreclosure status

Other miscellaneous duties associated with this job

Advanced computer, and Internet skills.

This job is intended to be full-time, and paid hourly. You would be able to work from the comfort of your own home with no commuting. You would be working with one single real estate company, and one single investor. You would not be working with multiple realtors and multiple investors. You would answer only to one boss.

This is an independent contractor job. You be required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

If the real estate market has hit you hard, this is a great work at home opportunity for the right person. The successful applicant will match as many of the criteria above as possible.

Please reply with a few words of why you would be a great match for this job, along with your resume. We will speed screening and returning e-mails to the most qualified applicants. Good luck!
