I've been working with DNS and MX professionally since 1998. Your issue should be simple to resolve based on what domain registrar you are using.

i work as a domain administrator in both my previous and current company. i'm also a domain reseller who manages more than 50 personal domains. i'm well verse with domain and dns configuration. before i can fix your issue, i will need to find out what is the purpose of the domain and what is it used for. and what sort of issues that you need it to be fixed.
