Software Packer/Encryption Program

I am looking for Software Engineering Contractors with experience using software packers or other obfuscation tools for the creation of our DRM wrapper, and a simple encryption program. The wrapper and executable must meet the following specifications: The wrapper… 1.) Must be able to bundle together a game (could be an .exe, or an executable in a directory), and the encryption program, into one Windows executable. 2.) Must work with games that have outside dependencies, such as Unity (.NET) The executable… 1.) Must encrypt the game it is bundled with, such that it cannot be accessed directly 2.) Must then run the application after decrypting it, but NOT leave a decrypted copy on the filesystem. This product is flexible and we would like to hear from you which tools are libraries you need to complete this task. Please have a paragraph prepared about your solution before the first callback.
