Training needed for adding conversion tracking to joomla site

I need training to implement conversion tracking into the following website: www.lancasterfancyfowl.com. I would like to track conversions coming from purchases with PayPal with Google Analytics. I am a beginning web dev myself but, have never done this before. I need to see it done once on a product (e.g. [url removed, login to view]) and then I can take care of the rest myself. Everything will be done via screen sharing (Google Hangouts) with the hired dev walking me through the necessary steps and I have no plans for giving out any credentials. Applicant has to prove that they have done this before and know what they're doing. In other words, no experimenting...
