We seek to provide our customers with the latest parts and accessories in a timely manner. We are rapidly growing and we have now opened a web developer position to enhance our eCommerce web sites. Job Description:
As a web developer you will be implementing technical solutions to optimize our eCommerce web sites to achieve enhanced customer experience and conversion.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Develop and improve web site functionalities to facilitate online shopping experience through custom programming and installing third party API solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams (e. g. product specialist, category manager, graphic designer) to ensure development of sites and applications meet business needs and standards.
• Maintain the current web sites for smooth functionalities.
• Know and be able to work with networks, servers etc.
Qualifications:
• 5 years+ experience in web site development using HTML, CSS, Javascript (Vanilla, jQuery, Vue.JS), JSON and Ajax.
• Experience with MySQL with PHP (PHP frameworks is a plus)
• Familiarity with responsive design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• Be able to learn new programming/scripting languages.
You need to be self-motivated, reliable, organized, details and results oriented. We value work ethic and integrity.
Compensation is DOE and competitive.

We have a BigCommerce Enterprise account to start project but we are also open to having open source.

We are an Automotive, RV, Powersports and Performance Website. We have been in Business since 2010. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED API programmer and Website Design person to help us expand our products further. Looking for someone experienced with Category Management, and Year Make Model breakdowns for Automotive Parts. We have several websites we would liked Developed and on the backside of the website we want it all to be incorporated into 1 system with the front side as 1 site. For example. one website dedicated to RV products, one to Automotive Products and such. Must have API knowledge to integrate 12-20 data suppliers and order processing. Will have close to 1 million products and expanding.
Looking at an open source platform such as X-Cart, Magento Enterprise, BigCommerce. If this is something that interests you let us know. It will be a project that we will need someone to work on fulltime do efficiently and effectively. Hopefully this will be a long term term relationship that we can hire full time.
