I'm working on a paper that involves implementing a passivated carrier selective contacts silicon-based solar cell in Silvaco TCAD Atlas. My goal is tofirst implemet the paper and then optimize the efficiency of this solar cell. I need someone who can help with analyzing the current-voltage (I-V) characteristics, quantum efficiency, and power conversion efficiency of the solar cell.
