SMT Laser cut stencil design - gerber 274X editing

I have sent a number of pcb files for production, and I also want the manufacturer to produce a couple of framed laser cut stencils for me. I get many solder bridges and problems with my current designs due to too much solder paste. I would like somebody to take my gerber files and reduce some of the aperture sizes on the cream layers. I have produced detailed instructions of how I would like the changes to be made in powerpoint documents. I need someone who knows how to manipulate the cream layers of a gerber 274x in a graphics edititor.

All my designs are also available as eagle files so you could edit the parts in there alternatively, but I think it would be quicker and easier to just edit the apertures in a drawing package.

The manufacturer needs me to give him gerber 274x file at the end. He is already making my pcb.

Sould also mention, If you can also provide the stencil, I am interested in you price. I need two stencils in total, one 0.1 mm and one 0.12 mm. Each stencil will be a combnination of a few individual boards. My boards are being manufactured separately (i.e. not a panel) but I want the stencil panelized to reduce the cost of the stencil. I am also interested in getting an electro-polished stencil. If you can provide the stencil, please also include an estimate for shipping cost.

Don't worry if you can't supply the stencil, I already have a cheap supplier, it is the design work I really need.
