We have been into IT since 1994 (desktop software), into Web-apps since 2001, Asterisk based servers for about 2 years and Wowza/FMS based video streaming/VOD apps for about 5 years. I own multiple Google Apps accounts. I am well familiar with all Google Apps settings. In order to change domain records I will need access to you domain providers account as well.

I utilize Google apps for my websites, and know exactly how to fix the issue with the dns settings. However I would need details like if you are able to send and recieve within google apps email or not. That would tell you if its dns records or the way the device is setup.
