Location Aware App for Android

This application should allow a user to point their smartphone camera at a home and see the address of the home appear on screen along with the contents of the camera viewfinder. It should allow the user to rotate through a full circle while the app updates the addresses for homes in front of the viewfinder. Please see the attached document for a full set of requirements.

This may eventually turn into an augmented reality application, however since no image or marker manipulation is required, this is not strictly an AR application.
