Deploy App in Tomcat6

I am converting my web applications from Tomcat 5 to Tomcat 6. I get the following error message:

[url removed, login to view]: Servlet of class [url removed, login to view] is privileged and cannot be loaded by this web application

I think I need a new [url removed, login to view] and possibly some other changes. The end result of this project is to be able to bring up the application correctly under Tomcat 6.

(No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
