Using report data from my POS system's reporting along with added expense data (Supplies, FoodSupplies, Payroll, Marketing, and others) I need an excel worksheet that will produce the folllowing.
1 - I need an excel spreadsheet that allows me to track my expenses in categories (Food Cost, Supplies, Payroll, Utilities, Marketing, Supplies, Office Expenses, and Other) as a percentage of my profits. I want to be able to select a date or date range and see this information.
2 - I need to be able to track trends. Again, I want to select a date range and see sales for the date range as well as a combines sales total for each day of the week (Ex. Mondays for the month of May $5000.00 of sales). I want to see this in graph form. I also want to be able to compare date ranges. Example. Compare May of 2011 against May of 2012.
