Fix a bug in a Time of Moonrise and Time of Moonset program, written in ActionScript(repost)

I want a fix to a working ActionScript program that must give the correct times of moonrise and moonset, AND ALSO days with ONLY moonrise OR moonset, for each day of the month based on date and latitude and longitude. Note: Once we are in discussion, I will make available to you the current AS code. It works correctly most of the days of the month. But it does not work correctly when a day of the month has only a moonrise or a moonset.
