Metatrader 5 - Simple notification indicator if price does not change in 5 minutes

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to create for me a indicator in metatrader that will notify me when price has not changed at all in the last 5 minutes.

It should work on which ever chart i place the indicator on.

After 5 minutes I should get a pop up alert and an email alert. Telling me "Price has not moved on the last 5 minutes on the currency pair ________"

The alert would have to be fired off based on TIME and not when price does change.

Will give a bonus for a job well done.
