My property in Bushnell Fl has a flood zone pond directly in the middle that I want to build a retaining wall around; as well as bring in fill dirt to raise entire property level. Sumter Co permitting says I will need an engineers Certificate to obtain a permit. See Parcel ID N19C016 at Sumter Co Also the image attached. Thanks for your reply, Gary
