EA to read news archive and trade on Backtest

I want an Mt4 EA that will read News archive from forex factory and trade when backtested based on the News impact. The EA will have following inputs
*Lot size
*Time Before - this is time in minutes before news release for ea to trade
*Time after - this is time after news release for ea to close open trade
*Symbol - This is symbol for which News release is expected. ex if I input USD, ea will only trade if there is a USD news release. If no symbol is input ea will use currency current chart symbol so if ea is on EURUSD, EA will trade both EUR and USD News releases
Impact- H:High, M:medium, L:Low. So if I input H, ea will only trade high impact news and so on.
