Excel or Access Sales Annual Tracker

I have 4 locations that I would like to track daily sales for in a spreadsheet. The purpose of the spreadsheet is to compare last years sales with this years sales. I would like a single page entry form that will essentially send the data to the proper space in Excel and then all calculations will be made from that point. Each location will also have its own sheet and each sheet will show a monthly recap along with a visual graph comparison. 'LY- Sales' and 'CY Sales' as well as 'LY- Number' of Tickets and 'CY-Number of Tickets' for each location are my data collection pieces. Negative numbers need to show in red. Percentage difference will also need to show negatives in red. In addition to the above I would like to include Daily sales goals (LY-Sales +10%) This spreadsheet will be shared and needs to be visually appealing. Data entry will take place by a non tech savy person so this process needs to be simple and easily accessible. I have uploaded a VERY VERY basic version of what I would like but this is the extent of what I can do myself. It should help you get the idea of what I am wanting.
