Excel script or macro needed to copy data from one excel file to other

We are selling our products in Amazon Germany, France, UK and Italy and we have one Excel file for each country. Each excel file has many columns and many rows. Each column has a name which is placed in row 3 always. And in all 4 excel files the columns are named same but the columns are ordered different and that is my problem. I need to copy several rows from german excel file to italy excel file for example but when i paste them the columns are not in correct order because columns in italy, france and UK file are different ordered. So i need a script or macro that will help me to copy and paste several rows from one excel file to the other and will make sure that the data is pasted into the correct columns. (Remember the columns always have the name in 3. row and in all 4 excel files the columns are named same way so by this you can paste the data into correct column). I don't mind what kind of script, macro or function you create but for me is just important that i can choose the rows that should be copied and that i can choose the excel file into which it should be pasted. And then it should be pasted into the same named columns. I will send you the 4 Excel files in private message. thanks

Hello, I do not have experience in creating macros, however since you mentioned that you do not mind what kind of method is used to get this job done I am contacting you for a slightly alternative version of the project. I could create a standalone application for you which will allow you import a CSV sheet (Italy for example), enter which rows you would like to copied, and then select which CSV sheet the rows are to be appended on to. Hi... To fulfillfill this requirement we can record a macro using the built in excel vba tool and we can minimize the effort in writing code manually to some extent. I have 2.5 years in working with vba reports and i am pretty sure that i can complete this without any issues.
