Make this excel spreadsheet work (errors in macros pivot table)

So I have an excel spreadsheet where in All Shifts I copy and paste in the shifts done for this month, and using pivot tables and lookups it checks the rates to pay out and to charge for each of my team, and in Final Contractors invoice To Me tab, it works out what I expect each contractor to invoice me. Except it's not working right, there seem to be 2 errors; 1) All Shifts dates in All Sifts Column A and B don't seem to be copying correctly, it should be that the only dates are in October and November, yet when I look at Final COmpleted All Shifts and Final Contractors Invoice To Me, they make reference to shifts in June and May and others. 2) In the Rates tab I just added buy charged out rates and rates I pay into column E and K for a new category of Shadowing. So the formula in the All Shifts needs amending to pick up the data from the rates tab. You can see Shadowing as a service in All Shifts, for example Monitor: 1484606 in Row 94 shows it. The job please is to correct both these issues, I estimate probably 1 hours work for you, the doc is attached. I am online for the next 3 hours, and will choose the winning bid in the next 20 mins.
