I have a spreadsheet that I need to track the daily intake of incoming mail to different PO Boxes. This spreed sheet needs to be user-friendly so I was thinking of adding a form button for ease of use. To allow users to just click a new entry button at end of day and enter the numbers from the day. The excel sheet then needs to be able to take that data and calculate the numbers based on month and year for the certain PO boxes. Everyday we track how many trays and tubs of mail we get in. And depending on how many trays/tubs we get theres a formula for how much mail that is equivalent. IE 1 tray is = to 400 pieces of mail and 1 tub is = 125 pieces of mail.
