I need and Excel VBA expert

From the top row 1 if I select the "# of sites" to be for example 10, I want the sheet to automatically create 10 rows with the "data validation lists already populated in them and with grid lines and the sites numbered in ascending order from 1 to 10. If I select the "SD-WAN Service Type" under column M3 to be "SD-WAN OTT or SD-WAN BYON" I want to create a column that that is labeled "Hub Site" currently column O2. otherwise I do not want this to appear. Also would like for each of lists to be visible if possible so they know they have a drop down list to select from without having to select the field for it to appear. I want to create the sheet based on the two top line items - # of sites creates number of rows each numbered - SD-WAN Service Type will either add a column with header "Hub site" or not add that column. If the SD-WAN Service Type is EITHER "SD-WAN OTT or SD-WAN BYON" then add the column with Hub Site as the header into column M / row 2 and in column M it would automatically add the list that is on spreadsheet today in column M3. All my list data is in data tab. I want to add a button that will insert a row below the active row I am in - so if I am working in a row, no matter where on that row I am - If I click the button "add a row" it will add a row below that active row with all the same drop down lists in it as well and I can label the site Number in column A as like site "1A, 1B, 1C potentially depending on the number of circuits the site has that was selected in column/row P*.
