Scrap Website Data to Google Sheets as a Database

I would like to have a web scraper built that pulls all data on houses in Amsterdam 1) for sale and 2) rented from the [login to view URL] website and stores it in a Google Sheet as a database.

The main part of the project is the scraping of the required data, on a regular basis (daily) to the Google Sheet. I don't mind if you do or don't do the Dashboard part, as I can do this myself.
However, I do need someone who can also add the walking time to travel from each property to Dam Square in Amsterdam to the database sheet. This involves using the Google Maps Distance Matrix API and calculating the distance using each individual properties address.
