Create Flash Banner Ad

We need a banner advertisement created using Flash, to market our e-commerce services. It doesn't need to be very complex, but should be eye catching and get our complete message across in no more than 3 seconds from the time the banner loads. The size of the banner should be 120x600 (vertical).
Upon being awarded the project, we'll supply a link to a previous banner ad to give the freelancer an idea of what we're looking for, as well as the text and logo to display in this project.
