Flash mini game for facebook

We need a facebook mini game created in flash with as3. The concept is an avatar creating app. The user can choose from a selection of eyes, noses, mouths, some accessories etc. He can choose the colour of items (when they can be coloured - like eyes, hair). He can put some text. He can choose a background. Finally he can share the image he made on facebook.
No quality graphics need to be created, just demos - they will be created and replaced by us.
The facebook canvas page needs to be created as well. It has to ask permission to publish on user's wall. Should have a like and a share button and an "invite friends" too.
The most important requirement for this project is for the developer to deliver the source files. All files needed for creating this app have to be delivered "open", with commentation where necessary and with a mini tutorial on how to replace graphics, add more parameters later on etc.
