Flash Ad for Real Dad Rules 300 x 250

I need a very professional, sharp, animated, and eye-catching ad made from flash, as well as the HTML to display a static image if no flash player is found on the viewer's computer. The ad should be 300 x 250 and needs to work in a Blogger blog. If you are going to bid, please message me with links to specific flash ads you have created. The ad should animate through all of the information on the attached .png file (as well as other info, see below), and should end with a nice "invitation to buy" graphic which repeats after 20 seconds. For example, I want it to start out with the phrase, "Any man can become a father. A real dad becomes something greater." Then, "This Year's Best Father's Day Gift!" Then, "a new book by Dan Pearce." Then, the picture of the book. Then, quickly flash (one at a time) between "paperback", "hardcover", "ebook", "signed copies", and "read it for free". On the final graphic of the flash, I want it to have button graphics that say "visit the website", "read the intro", "table of contents" and "order the book". These buttons don't have to link to anywhere, but any time a visitor clicks anywhere on the entire flash ad, they're taken to http://realdadrules.danoah.com. The book should also reappear on the final graphic somehow via animation. I want cool transitions between all the graphics/text.
