548660 Some Fixes and Graphic Work and Flash for Wordpress

I need some fixes for this site : [login to view URL] The Main-Menu works with FF9 but not with (my) IE9. Please make the FULL CSS and HTML work with all current Browsers. Also the site look equal in Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome and Safari. At the fron-page there is a section with 4 small images with a red bottom. At this bottom there is a german text. I need the same image but with an englisch text. You have to use the same font. I have a FLA file with 4 MB and need this converted to a SWF file with only some hundred KB. I can't give you access to the website. I only could send the images and the flash file. This only takes one or two hours. So please make realistic bids. I need this in the next 12 hours.
