Flash Applet Podcast/MP3 Player RSS

I need a Flash developer who can write a small, embedded Flash applet that can read a nominated RSS feed for an audio podcast, and can list the contents of the feed, allowing a user to click on one of the MP3 files in the feed and play it in their browser. I need this branded specifically for our company.

If any existing, open source/GPL projects are out there that do this, and can be modified to just provide our own branding that would be fine. Otherwise it will need to be developed from scratch.
