Flash Banner Needed

I am look for someone to recreate the scrolling products banner on this site: [url removed, login to view] It will need be exactly the same, but have the same functionality. I would like for this to be created using flash and a XML/text file so that i can edit the links/images. It would be a good idea to put the images in a separate folder. The title and sample chapter text must also be clickable links. You will have to use [url removed, login to view] to create the scrolling banner. Final banner should look exactly like the .psd file, including transparent description box that appears when you click on a product. This should be the actual size of the scrolling products banner: [url removed, login to view]~bobgassc/bobgass4/images/[url removed, login to view] There will be a total of 10 product images. You can repeat the same images as placement holders. When finished banner is complete, I will have you add it to the actual live page. Thanks

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
