I am creating a website to match teachers and students. I have bought a template but the target audience is for European users while my users are primarily Japanese and Chinese. Hence I need a change in the photographs.
The preferred provider is someone who has experience and initiative to suggest ideas for the website and bring it to completion.(Writing, photochanges, simple flash editing, make attractive company name etc) Upon winning the project, the provider must be contactable on msn messenger during the course of the project.
Provider must also allow for small revisions before final payment
