I need a programmer to create in flash the following games:

Another is rock paper scissors - with the animation and quality inspired on the, simplicity and entertainment as this one
I will have to know how much it will cost me for you to do all of the 3. Depending of the cost if it's too much expensive I will select which one or ones you will do.
They both need to create a very good excitement, to attract people to play. I need you to make it a money game, the bets are with real money, so it will work as a online casino betting game. The idea is not using the normal casino games but something simple, different, exciting and catch the attention of the gambler. The main idea is to create a simple and profitable online casino.
I need to be able to control the game, the money that it's bet, like in a casino online I will tell you just a few more requirements that needs to be done in order to make me control the bets and games, but I will tell you on the PMB.
