Online Print Designer

Looking for someone to develop a userfriendly interface to allow a client who wants to order printing to "build" his/her own business card, postcard, etc online, have them approve their creation, and then create a hi-res pdf for print production. examples of similar scope of work include [login to view URL] "interactive designer" , [login to view URL] 's Designer feature and [login to view URL] 's website in general. Want a user to come to our company's website and decide to buy 1000 business cards, for example. this user does not have any graphic design experience or access to a designer to "design" him his buisness card with his compmany information, logo and some nice graphical layout. i would want this user to look through categories of images that relate to his profession. assume he was a travel agency. he will look through a library of predesigned layouts (that we have done) that have an image with several lines of text already layed out for him with sample informnation. he would then go and simply edit that text to represent his, or change the fonstyle, font size, font color, or move a line of text around, or rotate the text, or scale the text, etc. or even upload his logo and place it where he wants, or change the background image alltogether. he would them "design" or simply alter the specifics of the sample design that i have presented for him, he would approve the design, and then link back into my system where he would continue with the ordering of this business card and charge his credit card. i only need the online print designer module.
