Online Social Guide, nightlife & restaurant promotion, Online aswell as integration of SMS and WAP

I have a website with the backend programming (MySQL and PHP) 90% complete. I have a current front-end design for the site which I am not satisfied with. I need a VERY TALENTED designer who can take what we currently have completed and change it into a jaw-dropper site (it has to be amazing in every aspect). The GUI must be extremely impressive, user friendly, etc. You also must have the knowledge to integrate this with the current back-end of the site. Must provide examples of previous work. NO TEMPLATES or sort of generic work. This project is on a tight deadline. If I am extremely impressed with the work there is potential for a longterm business relationship, but this project is also on a tight budget since I've already sunk money into unprofessional design work. You also must be able to collaberate with the current back-end programmers (who have are very talented with the programming but lack design skills).
