Small Flash Banner Creation - EASY $$$

I need a 760 x 90 flash banner created, this banner will show a timeline starting in 1978 ending in 2007, with 20 points along the timeline.

These points will all be mouse over type information, which means that the data associated to the points would only how once the user mouse overs the point.

Also if possible the data would expand outside of the 760 x 90 banner size so that it can be read easier.

I would like to have this look really nice and match the style of my current site. Attached are the various points and the information you need to enter into the points, also a basic example of a timeline style, but you can be creative and come up with your own style for this.

YOU MUST INCLUDE A MOCKING MOCK OF THE TIMELINE IN FLASH

If you do not include a mock for this timeline then you will not be considered for this project, please read my feedback I pay, give bonuses and always like to hire good people.

BONUS Payment if you would like to be able to help me long term, as the timeline will grow so that means the flash file will need to be updated with time. So this can mean that you will have more work in the future.
