We are currently upgrading our "create your own website" system and are needing to develop 1 new DYNAMIC website template for each of the following categories: Note: Although we would like some Flash in the site we do not want or require the entire site to be done in Flash. We would like to only have some moving images or Flash buttons. * Mortgage Company here are some example sites for guidelines: [login to view URL] (the main thing I like about this site is the way the header image looks and changes, the navigation buttons on the left side have a nice look too, however we want the templates to fill up the browser window & adjust to different size resolutions and not just sit on the side of the left side of the browser the way this one does) [login to view URL] (the way the navigational bar at the top drops in and appears to open itself up is a very good feature, something like that would be perfect for the when our template opens up and displays the navigation) * Pest Control here are some example sites for guidelines: [login to view URL] (the flash intro at the top looks good, however we would like a different color scheme than this site) [login to view URL] (this was the cleanest design example that we could find for a pest control site, we would like something like this but incorporate some flash into it to liven it up a bit, and the buttons have a very nice look so something like the ones on this site would be nice) * Plumbers here are some example sites for guidelines: [login to view URL] (the intro to this site is great, we would like a smaller version of something like that faucet dripping water up in the header of our template and have it drip out the navigation bar buttons when the site first loads, also the content for the navigation buttons will be loaded from Coldfusion Variables, so be sure to leave the code open for that) Requirements: The templates for this job must be sent to us as a layered psd file as well as an html webpage. The templates must be clean and able to function with Cold Fusion (no unnecessary tags or code). We would prefer them to be designed in Macromedia HomeSite or DreamWeaver. Templates must be original, royalty-free, copyright-free and exclusive. The templates you create for us must only be sold to us. All the text needs to be html text. Do not turn the text into graphics because we want to be able to change it in the future. All the images used MUST be optimized gifs or jpegs only! You must send us all files associated with the site css, gifs, jpegs, flash, html, psd, etc… You are only creating ONE page (the Home page) for the business types listed above. The templates need to be very creative and professional...high quality and unique is the objective. Do not create the templates around a "fictional business" because it must be suitable for most ANY business within the above categories. Design the templates to fit in 800x600 and they MUST adjust to larger/smaller resolutions so that they align properly within the web browser (create it to be 770 x 570). The templates must include areas for the following: Name of the Company placed toward the TOP of the page (will be output dynamically from a database), 6 nav buttons, Space for a slogan, space for an opt-in email list, space towards the TOP of page for the company's address, phone and email address information (which is outputted dynamically from a database), and most importantly...an area for the content block which must include 1 or 2 images relevant to business type. Please furnish examples of YOUR work if you bid. We will not accept marginal work. We require quality & originality. No templates. You must agree to revisions as required by us to make the project 100% to our satisfaction. 50% Payment will be made once the job is completed to our satisfaction, the balance after all of the files are delivered in the format set forth above.
