Urgently requires expert designer for existing flash application

We need flash expert programmer, who can made further modification in our existing flash application. We are in process to build a flash application that can allow users to upload baby photo and add with different backgrounds with mustage hats etc. Here users can type the text which is stick next to the baby in a balloon and send the resulting image to friends via email. The email will either have a postcard kind of image as attachment or the site will store the resulting postcard image and that link will go to friend. Below explained the job scope more specifically and it would surely helps you to realize what have been done so far and list of remaining changes. 1. Uploads baby photo in site [DONE] 2. Add and changes with different backgrounds [DONE] 3. Puts mustage hats and other accessories [DONE] 4. Write a text against uploaded photo [DONE] 5. The text gets embedded in a balloon [Yet to do] 6. The resulting flash enfolded as postcard image (simply an image and not real postcard) [Yet to do] 7. This image either goes as an email attachment or a link that opens the image (stored in site database) [Yet to do] Existing application's URL and other details will be shared with shortlisted candidates. We are looking for immediate solution. Good result on this project might result in long term relationship as more follow up projects are in queue. Thanks
