Website Design with Flash*

I need an experienced website designer with Flash Experience, manipulation of photos/photoshop and experience with paypal integration. We are a new womens demin (jeans) company currently we need a website set up that is VERY similar in feel to [login to view URL] I want the jeans layout page to be similar in feel to this: [login to view URL] and this page as far as sizing and pricing. [login to view URL] Currently we have only 5-7 pairs of jeans that we are selling but that could change. Currently we sell only online and we will be selling though paypal so paypal integration is a must. You must have experience in this field so references are required but I will be willing to work with a motivated up and comer who is looking to add to their resume
