Wedding Planner Website

Im looking for a wedding planner website, 2 that i have seen and liked are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Basically a customer signs up and can create their own wedding site from a choice of templates and add features they want. Id like a unique look and design, alongside the functionality and features you can find in the 2 examples above. There does not have to be all the features initially if its too much, perhaps start with core features and more can be added as and when. Not got a preference for technology, PHP, .NET, or coldfusion, am more interested to find the right provider who has completed a project like this before and takes the time to fully understand this type of application. Any AJAX experience would enhance the application i think. I have a good selection of wedding imagery for website and template design work.
