World of Warcraft Guild Website

I am looking for hands down one of the best designed and most breathtaking World of Warcraft sites out. I want visitors who see our site to leave thinking, "Damn! That was awesome!" Ideally, I am looking for a designer who not only plays the game, but does so with the passion that our little group of raiders has for this game. After nearly two years, the guild we were all members in fell apart. We have reformed with all of our core folks and feel like a family. I want this site to reflect that feeling. We will also be doing a lot of recruiting, and to dipell the ghosts of the past and draw in new folks, I want a site that fosters a sense of community, has links and access to a wealth of information, has a calendar and forums for guild management, and a flash intro that can be skipped by regular visitors (but is so cool to watch, even long time viewers of the site watch it from time to time). I am looking specifically for: 1) A brief flash intro, possibly with music, that has a few brief heroic blurbs and some animation of some sort that links to the main site. 2) A functional guild website with DKP tracking, calendar, forums, and perhaps character profiles, links to wow info sites, and other pertinant info (thus my desire for designer who playes the game and knows what guilds need) 3) Custom Icons and a nice flashy banner for the main site. 4) Someone, who as change is needed, will provide support to any cosmetic changes we need (I am fine with small fees to do it), such as implementing holiday themes to the site, or major overhauls with future WoW expansion.
