Add a flash stopwatch to an existing page

Very small quick project, but I need the help now. I have built a flash page at this location - [login to view URL] all I need is a stop watch in the upper right hand corner. I don't want anything else affected - I just want a simple digital stop watch. I have read through about a dozen tutorials online and still can't get it to work. Maximum time it would be expected to run is 2 hours. The objective is for the user to be able to click one button that says Start and then do the work they are supposed to do and then when finished - click on a Stop button. It would be nice to have a Reset button so they could start on the next assignment. As for the digital clock - anything with readable numbers is great - if you have a nice styled digital clock that would be nice. Pretty much the first one who can do it in the next day will get it. I can email you the fla and let you add the code to it and then email it back to me. When I upload it, if it works - we're done. If you want to post it on your site, I can check it there.
