Flash Headers Required

I need in essence one flash header with a variety of background colors and vectors. Here are the details: Please see attached photoshop mockup for exact size (800x160) and guidance on figures. This is for a real estate site. One character walks in from each side and then they shake hands, enter the property, and then the for-sale sign disappears (this hasn't been added to mock-up). This should be about 15 seconds to allow for smooth walking. There need to be the following variations: 1. Both characters are male 2. Both characters are female 3. One of each. In addition, there should be 4 different background color versions: 1. The color used in the mock-up 2,3,4. Complimentary green or other colors So, in total, there are 12 varieties. You will be asked to do one for clearance, then do the rest. In addition, a couple varieties of the building would be a bonus (within the 12, not more). The first needs to be completed by Monday 1st May at the latest, for immediate sign-off and the rest by Wed 3rd at latest. The size of the people should be as in the PHOTOSHOP mock-up NOT the flash file (this was done very badly by someone else). The two people will walk in from each side, shake hands, turn round and walk through the door. The door will close behind them. A for sale sign next to the building will phase out after the people has entered. You can use everything in the attached flash file EXCEPT for the people. The walking needs to be REALISTIC AND SMOOTH. Provider Requirements: There will definately be more frequent work for the right person or company. After approval, the other 11 varieties must be done by 12PM (lunchtime) GMT tomorrow (Friday). Price is not an issue if this requires you to work through the night.
