Flash Media Server video chat application

The project involves building a video conferencing system based on Flash Media Server 2.0 Pro. We have the basic design and are building a skeleton, and need help with the implementation. When we talk, we can specify the actual project scope in more detail.

FMS experience is a must, as well as server side actionScript 2.0 and XML. Also required are honesty, timeliness, high quality code, and first class documentation.
