Make Changes in Flash

Need someone who can make the following changes Flash: FILE ONE: This file is a simple embedded video, no controls, with a button underneath to skip intro and enter site. Need to make the file detect end of video and forward user to File Two. FILE TWO: Need the following changes made: 1. File currently displays a quick animation and an enter button. Would like to change this so that the animation plays, counts to 3, then proceeds, removing the Enter button altogether. 2. Troubleshoot the menu that came with this template. The buttons WORK just fine, but I find that when I click the Contact button, for instance, the contact page loads. Then I click Extras, the extras page will load, but both the Extras and Contact button will act like they are the highlighted page. Probably a small Actionscript error, but it needs fixing.
