15 seconds FLASH animation required for tv screen

Hi, I am looking for a creative, competent and interesting flash programmer who can quickly deliver simple animated adverts for a 32 inch screen, the adverts will be simple where the words will animate over the image in a creative and exciting manner in order to keep the viewer interested. This could be a long term contract as my client will need to create new adverts on a regular basis as new clients want to advertise. Each animation will need to be 20 - 30 seconds long and keep the audience captivated with the text and animations. What I will do is provide a simple website to you and I will need a advert generated from the information , colours, theme and wordings that are on the website. The budget for the job is $30 for each advert, but remember that the scope for earning is massive depending on how quick it can be delivered.
